Description
A transparent, casein-based base coat that reduces the absorption rates of uniform, absorbent surfaces. It is necessary, among other uses, before applying Lime Paint, Clay Paint, or Casein Paint on new plaster. Apply only with a brush. It is not a blocking primer.
