Galtane HM16 is ready to use and has a shelf life of 24 months! Do not pour HM16 into a metal container. Avoid using metal tools during application. Risk of black spots after application.

Which product should I choose between HM1, Wood Bliss® and Wood Bliss® High-C?

The question to ask is: "Is it important to preserve the colour of the wood?

If yes, then opt for HM16. HM16 is a preventive and curative solution limited to woodworm. Woodworm are wood-boring insects that make flight holes +/- 1mm in diameter. They are often found in furniture and wooden floors. HM16 will not change the colour of the wood.

If no, then opt for Wood Bliss. Wood Bliss® has a full spectrum of action.

In the event of recurrence or action against the capricorn beetle, finish by injecting Wood Bliss® High-C into the wood. In the case of merula, you will finish the treatment with Wood Bliss® High-C by staining. Including new joists which will be placed in masonry. Particular care should be taken with the end timbers: the cuts.

Bonjour, la pénétration des produits dans le bois ne dépasse jamais plus d'un millimètre. C'est la raison pour laquelle, il est aussi plus important d'injecter le HM1 au travers des trous d'envols et là où vous observez de la sciure de bois. Vous travailler à l'aveugle et il faudra probablement réinjecter dans certains trous. C'est cette tâche qui vous apportera satisfaction. No, HM16 must be able to be absorbed and penetrate the wood. If there is paint, it will be impossible to absorb.
