If you wish to exchange your order for any reason, we’re here to help!<\/p>

Exchanges are possible within 14 days of your purchase. You can return your product for a replacement product of the same value. <\/p>

Returns are not accepted for: <\/p>

  • Customized products. For example, a customized product is a pot of paint pigmented according to your request. <\/li>
  • Sealed products that have been opened.<\/li>
  • Products returned soiled or damaged.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    Products must be returned clean, with their labels, and in their original packaging.<\/p>

    To make a return, please follow these steps:<\/p>

    • Submit your exchange request via email: info@galtane.com<\/li>
    • Specify the product you wish to return<\/li>
    • Specify your new product choice<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

      To arrange pickup, please provide us with a pickup address where someone will always be present. <\/p>

      You will print the return labels and affix them to the package. These labels will be sent to you by email. <\/p>

      The replacement product, subject to our stock availability, will be shipped within 4 to 5 business days after we receive your return.<\/p>

      Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.<\/p>

      Reshipment costs will be borne by the customer.<\/p>

      If the product arrives completely damaged and unusable, please note the damage upon receipt and on the driver’s delivery slip. Then, inform us within 12 hours of receiving the package at info@galtane.com. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
